No. FundMyProperty is not a loan. You are selling fractional interests (Brix) in your property to investors. There is no debt, no interest rate, and no bank involved. You receive funding in exchange for a proportional economic interest in your property.

Australian residents who meet our eligibility and suitability criteria can invest on Property Laddr. The platform includes suitability controls to ensure investments are appropriate for each investor’s circumstances.
You can invest from as little as $100 in Brix. There is no upper limit, subject to the availability of Brix in each property listing and any applicable suitability thresholds.
Returns come from two sources: capital growth (as the property value increases, your Brix value increases proportionally) and rental income (distributed to Brix holders according to their fractional interest).
